POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service support through seamless communication with our internal and external clients. They will be supporting the Project Manager and team in creating high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing collaborative relationships among the project teams and constituent groups. Resolving issues with customers and promoting the concept of integrated systems. They will be assisting in the coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer's property to pre-loss condition from environmental Hazards.

Essential Duties Include, but not limited to:

  • Partners to ensure seamless communication between customers, supervisors, project managers and field technicians
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling and paperwork for all projects
  • Serve as point of contact with external vendor representatives, warehouse, insurance adjusters, project managers, and customers on behalf of the Project Manager
  • Assemble required paperwork for projects
  • Complete and tracks contracts
  • Provide project status updates to the Project Manager
  • Maintain project work schedules and files through completion of project
  • Maintain customer accounts via CRM
  • Coordinates projects full cycle while partnering up with internal departments to complete projects
  • Manage high volume calls
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure
  • Attendance and Punctuality is an essential function of the job as it requires face to face interaction

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with office work
  • Be willing to be on-call one week per month
  • Ability to handle fast paced work environment with multiple deadlines
  • Customer service experience with a "Happy to Help" attitude
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)
  • Effective listening and communications skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks & CRMs a plus
  • Quick learner and hard worker
  • Ability to communicate verbally and written
  • Excellent and creative/innovative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Position requires extensive use of hands (ability to reach over, bend and extend hands), Reach above and below shoulder height, constant walking/sitting, standing in one place for long periods of time, bending, stooping, lifting, kneeling, etc.
